A Garden of Memories: Selling the Home of Someone I Loved. There are moments in life where your personal and professional worlds gently collide—and this was one of them.
Recently, I was entrusted with the sale of a home that was more than just another listing. It was the home of someone I loved deeply. She wasn’t just a client’s mother or a neighbor. 6 DBT Skills to Nurture Your Mental Health During the Holiday Rush
This post reflects how I personally use DBT skills during high-stress seasons. It is an illustration of using DBT in a lived experience. Lots of us get flustered during the busy holiday season.
