Mindbody therapies include somatic therapies (massage, bodywork, touch & energy therapies), expressive art, movement (dance, drama, yoga, qi gong), music therapy, garden therapy, forest bathing, mindfulness, meditation and guided imagery, which are all accepted as part of integrative care. Mindbody therapies provide productive outlets for expression of negative emotions and transformation to positive well- being.
